Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and margarine or butter.
    Beat eggs and sugar; combine with first mixture.
    Mix flour, salt and baking powder (sifted together 3 times) and add a little at a time.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup additional nuts over top.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch heavy aluminum pan.
    Cut with table knife while still hot.
    Place in metal fruit cake box, separate layers with wax paper and cover with lid immediately.
