Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 qt. tomatoes
    salt and pepper
    1 large onion
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving pieces.
    Pound flour into them with a sharp knife or tenderizer.
    Brown meat good.
    Cover with onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce and salt and pepper.
    Let simmer until tender.
