Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. Basic Baking Mix
    Confectioners Icing
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients, except Basic Baking Mix.
    Mix well and add Basic Baking Mix.
    Pour into 12 muffin cups (about 2/3 full).
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with icing and raspberries (optional).
