Stewed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 slices bacon
6 medium potatoes, sliced and peeled
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a saucepan, fry bacon until crisp; crumble.
Add sliced potatoes, salt and pepper.
Add enough water to cover potatoes. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
When finished, add butter.
Serves 4 to 6.
