Strawberry Chiffon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and pureed
1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
1 egg white, beaten stiff
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar and gelatin.
Cook over low heat until gelatin and sugar are dissolved, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Stir in strawberries and chill for 1/2 hour.
