Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and oil and beat.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Put in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Pour glaze over hot cake.
