Crab Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 hard-cooked eggs
18 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. French salad dressing mix
1/3 c. commercial sour cream
Preparation

Slice eggs
in\thalf lengthwise; remove yolks and mash. Combine
yolks, crabmeat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing mix and sour cream; blend well.
Stir until well mixed.
Stuff egg white
with
crabmeat
mixture.
Chill until serving time. Yields 12 servings.
