Corn And Tater Soup(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. grated onion
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook frozen corn as directed on package.
Do not drain. Combine all ingredients (except cheese) in pan and heat.
When hot, add cheese and stir until melted.
Makes 6 servings.
One serving equals 110 calories or 1 bread and 1/2 skim milk exchanges.
