Basic Fried Woodchuck - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. woodchuck
1 egg, beaten
vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut woodchuck into slices 1/2-inch thick.
Mix beaten egg and milk.
Salt and pepper woodchuck slices and dip into mixture; roll in flour.
Place in hot oil and cook until golden brown, turning once.
