Pinto Bean Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. cooked, drained pinto beans
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. diced, raw apples
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 3 layers.
