Italian Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
salt and pepper
1/4 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Place in a jar and store in refrigerator.
Shake well before using.
Makes 3/4 cup.
