Cheese And Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    vegetables (celery, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, green onions, etc.)
    2 to 3 cans condensed cream of potato soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 can evaporated milk or pt. half and half
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    hot pepper sauce
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Choose your favorite vegetables and cook in butter until tender.
    Add soups and water, parsley and a few drops of hot sauce.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir in shredded cheese, milk and sherry.
    Do not boil.
    Serves 6 to 8.
