Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. fine dry bread crumbs (Progresso is good)
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. celery salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Season chicken with garlic powder and marinate overnight in buttermilk.
Combine all other ingredients and dredge chicken. Spray baking pan or dish with cooking spray.
Place chicken in pan and bake at 425\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Turn and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until done.
