Chilled Raspberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen raspberries
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. arrowroot
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine
    pinch of salt
    1 pt. fresh raspberries
    2 Tbsp. yogurt
Preparation
    Combine frozen raspberries, water, 1/2 cup red wine, cinnamon and sugar in a small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer for 5 minutes.
    In a small bowl, mix arrowroot and the 1 1/2 tablespoons of red wine.
    Stir into a simmering soup.
    Add a pinch of salt.
    Remove from heat.
    Let cool and put into a different container.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
    Serve with fresh raspberries and a dollop of yogurt on top.
    Makes 4 servings.
