Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 c. brown sugar (scant)
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 c. milk
    a pinch of salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    butter, size of an egg
Preparation
    Mash pumpkin; add brown sugar and eggs.
    Mix milk to flour. Add rest of ingredients.
    Brown butter and put on top of pies before baking them.
    This makes 3 pies.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until thick when you shake it or until center is set.
