Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 to 1 c. flour
Preparation

Add enough flour to remaining ingredients to make thick, like cookie dough.
Drop by teaspoons into boiling chicken broth or roll out on floured board and cut into strips.
Drop in chicken broth; cook about 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
