Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
    6 large potatoes, baked
    16 oz. grated cheddar
    2 bunches green onions, chopped
    3 tsp. butter
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Scoop out insides of potatoes into a large bowl.
    Mix in butter and salt, pepper.
    Then add remaining ingredients, saving some cheese and onions to go on top.
    Bake at 400 degrees, stirring occasionally, until bubbly.
    Then put cheese and onions on top, let melt and serve!
