1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground pork (or 2 lb. beef)
1/2 c. finely diced onion
1 c. applesauce
1 c. bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
