German Applesauce Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef and 1/2 lb. ground pork (or 2 lb. beef)
    1/2 c. finely diced onion
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly oil a small casserole or a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
