Sugarless Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz) pkg. fresh cranberries
2/3 c. water
7 1/4 tsp artificial sweetener
Preparation

Combine cranberries and water in 3 quart casserole.
Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap.
Microwave on high 11-13 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Stir in sweetener.
Let stand covered 10 minutes.
Sauce will thicken as it cools.
Store in fridge.
