Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. whole tenderloin, fat trimmed
    garlic powder
    seasoned salt
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Season tenderloin with spices; let set at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 with meat thermometer (140\u00b0 rare, 150\u00b0 medium rare, 165\u00b0 to 170\u00b0 well).
    Cool slightly; slice 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick.
    Never cook without a thermometer.
