Parisian Lemon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 lemons (juice and grated peel)
2 extra-large eggs
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cream butter, 1 cup of the sugar and lemon peel until consistency is smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, and juice of 1 1/2 lemons.
Sift together the flour and baking powder; fold gently into butter.
