Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes, mashed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chives (optional)
    salt and pepper
    melted butter
Preparation
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
    Top with melted butter. Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 1 hour (the longer, the better).
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
