Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice (with grated rind)
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add flour and salt. Stir in juice. Pour in crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes two 10-inch pies.
