Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sliced onions
1 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. sour cream
2 pkg. frozen cut green beans
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook onions and parsley in butter until tender.
Add flour, salt, pepper, lemon peel and sour cream.
Stir in beans and mix well.
Pour into greased casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
Buttered crumbs or grated almonds may be used as a topping.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
