Mexican Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
1/4 c. picante sauce
1 head lettuce
4 tomatoes
1 large onion
1 avocado
1/4 lb. grated cheese
1 pkg. Fritos
1 bottle Catalina dressing
Preparation

Brown beef and drain well.
In saucepan simmer Ranch Style beans and picante sauce.
Bread lettuce up into bite size pieces. Dice tomatoes, onion and avocado.
Add to lettuce.
Add bean mixture and toss together.
When ready to serve, add cheese, Fritos and Catalina dressing.
Serve.
