Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 pound potatoes
8 ounce cream cheese - softened- can use low fat or fat free
2 teaspoon onion salt (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon butter
milk (enough to make the right consistency)
Preparation

Cook potatoes until soft- drain - mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Cover and place in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated through, when ready to use.
