Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or thighs
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. herb seasoned dressing mix
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 2 cans sliced mushrooms
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 large can Chinese vegetables (chop suey vegetables)
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Drain vegetables; place in bottom of a 2-quart (8 x 10-inch) baking dish.
    Brown chicken on both sides; place chicken on top of vegetables.
    Cover with sour cream.
    Add cream of celery soup. Saute mushrooms and onions together.
    Add dressing mix and onion soup.
    Mix with 1 cup of water; stir well.
    Cover chicken with dressing mix.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4. Serve with hot rolls and tossed salad.
