Old-Fashioned Light Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

4 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 (1 oz.) bottle rum flavoring
4 c. pecans
3/4 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
3/4 lb. whole candied cherries
1 lb. seedless white raisins
1 pt. English walnuts

This recipe makes enough batter to fill two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans or one 10-inch tube pan, or four 1-pound size coffee cans.
