Beef Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar chopped dried beef
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, milk and sour cream.
Add green pepper, onion and garlic salt.
Fold in beef.
Place in 8-inch pie plate. Brown pecans in butter and salt; sprinkle over mixture.
Heat at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
