Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 apples, diced
3/4 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs. beaten well
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat with electric mixer the oil and eggs until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients, except apples.
Mix well. Stir in apples and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
