Walnut Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 1/3 c. chopped, toasted walnuts
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Sara Lee big croissants
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.
    Stir well.
    Pour over chicken mixture; toss gently.
    Cover and chill chicken mixture at least 2 hours.
    Spoon 3/4 cup mixture on croissant.
    Top with alfalfa sprouts and serve.
    Yields 8 servings.
