Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 stick butter, melted
    8 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put in 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour.
