Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
2 medium eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Preparation

Defrost berries according to directions; drain.
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add oil, sugar and berries, beating until light. Mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Blend flour mixture into strawberry mixture, just until flour is moist.
Don't overmix.
Stir in nuts.
