Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    8 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 can tomato juice
    6 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 lb. cabbage, cut fine
    salt and pepper
    2 cans succotash
Preparation
    Cut meat in very small pieces and cook until done.
    Remove bone and fat.
    Put meat and broth in very large pot.
    Add vegetables.
    Cook until almost done; add tomato juice.
    Let simmer for 1 hour.
