Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. mashed sweet potato
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening (can use fork).
    Add sweet potatoes and enough milk to make a soft dough. Knead lightly.
    Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut biscuits with cutter and place on baking sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
