Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken cutlets, pounded very thin
    1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten with 1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    6 slices boiled ham
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    You will need 12 toothpicks to hold chicken together.
