Mandarin Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cut up, cooked chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. mandarin orange segments, drained
    lettuce leaves
    6 pitted, ripe olives
    1 c. seedless grapes
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine chicken, onion, salt, lemon juice and celery.
    Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
    At serving time, toss chicken mixture lightly with grapes, mayonnaise and all but a few orange segments and almonds.
