Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. zucchini, unpeeled, grated
2 c. flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy; add oil, sugar and zucchini.
Mix well; add remaining.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in 2 greased loaf pans.
