Ingredients

12 pt. okra
2 cloves garlic per pt.
1 pod red pepper per pt.
1 stem dill or 1/2 tsp. dill seed per pt.
1 qt. cider vinegar
1 c. salt
2 qt. water
Preparation

Wash and stem okra and pack in pint jars.
To each jar, add 2 cloves garlic, 1 pod red pepper and 1 stem dill.
Boil vinegar, salt and water and pour over okra.
Seal hot.
