English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans English peas
    2 eggs, hard boiled
    1/4 c. pimento
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain English peas.
    Add chopped eggs.
    Mix pimento and mayonnaise.
    Chill and serve in a bed of lettuce or shredded purple cabbage.
