Baked Fish Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh water fish, boned
    2 c. soft low sodium bread crumbs
    2 c. top milk
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 beaten egg yolks
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Flake or shred fish with two forks; combine with remaining ingredients except egg whites; fold in egg whites.
    Bake in greased baking dish in pan of hot water in moderate oven one and one half hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
