Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onion
2/3 c. cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. uncooked rice (Uncle Ben's)
4 c. cornflakes
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Drain any fat.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Mix soup and milk, heat a little.
Pour over eggs.
Mix sausage and soup mixture, cheese and rice.
Crush cornflakes and mix with margarine.
Put half in bottom of pan.
Put sausage mixture on top.
Put rest of cornflakes mixture on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
