Sherried Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef stew meat
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3/4 c. cream sherry
    1/2 pkg. onion soup
    mushrooms or water chestnuts, drained (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; place in greased casserole.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serves 5 to 8.
    Serve with noodles.
