Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 t paprika
1/2 t pepper
4 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 c grated cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine soup, paprika and pepper in a small bowl until well mixed.
Arrange potato slices overlapping in a greased 2 qt baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Spoon soup mixture over cheese. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and golden.
