Quick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    bread flour (up to 6 c.)
Preparation
    Mix yeast, water and sugar and let stand for 10 minutes, then add salt and bread flour, two cups at a time.
    Mix thoroughly. Add more flour, two cups at a time, until dough comes away from sides of mixing bowl.
    Grease bowl; place dough in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
    Let rise until the dough doubles in size.
    If you don't use all the dough, punch residue down and put in refrigerator, covered with plastic.
    Roll dough in 4-inch circles and dip in sesame seed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
