Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. or more cut up rhubarb
Preparation
    Cream the first 3 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients except rhubarb and beat 2 minutes. Add rhubarb. Place in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle top of batter with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon mixed together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
