Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. dark Karo syrup
    2/3 c. chopped pecans
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together adding pecans last.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for ten minutes, turn oven to 350\u00b0, bake until a silver knife blade inserted in center of filling comes out clean.
    This makes 2 pies.
    This recipe can be doubled.
