Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Green Giant Mexican corn
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 small jar chopped pimento
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.
    Mix with remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Place in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Top with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
