Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can well-drained sauerkraut
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small can pimentos
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and let stand in refrigerator for several hours.
Serve cold.
