Garfish Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground garfish
    seasonings desired (onions, pepper, salt, green onions, parsley to taste)
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix fish with seasonings.
    Make balls and roll lightly in flour.
    Fry until brown in small amount of oil.
    Add little vinegar before adding water to fish balls.
    Then add water to cover the fish; let cook until done and the water is almost gone.
    Leave enough for gravy.
